10.10.10

Been slacking big time on the blog lately, too busy shooting. But today I wanted to post two special weddings. The brides were gorgeous, the venues were beautiful and the love was there. As usual, just great weddings! But they had special meanings for me because they were friends. I honestly can't imagine working harder than I already do for everyone. Friends or not I give it my all at every wedding. But I defiantly enjoy the wedding more when it's a good friend because I know more about them. When they share memories I might know and might even be in them! When people talk about the couple I will most likely be able to relate with their observations more than my other clients. Not to say I don't enjoy other weddings I document but it's just that much more for anyone when you are closer with the couple.

First wedding was at the Hale Koa Hotel at the crack of dawn, thanks Lina. I can't complain though, other wise I wouldn't have been able to take the other wedding :p

24 again :p

This guy likes Miyatas so much he owns two of them o.O

I guess he like's to work on his wife as much as his cars lol

The second wedding was at turtle bay. Originally I was trying to talk this bride out of hiring me for this one because I would be in Waikiki and would miss most of the beginning and could have potentially missed the whole thing if the traffic didn't cooperate with us. But it's very persuasive when a bride tells you she will hold the ceremony till you get there :p

So weird! This couple had a photo booth too!

It was a great day, even as I sit here STILL with sore feet :p congrats to Lily and David, Congrats to Lina and Tomo and all the other couples that got married on 10.10.10!

Cancellations work out sometimes :)

So my shoot today got canceled, thanks rain >_< Had all my batteries charged and needed a creative recharge sooo... Kawaii Kon!

Saw pikachu!

Not a bad Tifa look a like :)

Yeah, I'm a bit of a geek :p an anime geek to be more specific. I don't draw anymore. Don't have time with all the weddings but I miss it so I geek out watching people draw like my new friends, Chen and Laura, from the "wanted" booth :)

They were commission drawing for people on wanted posters, cool stuff!

"why so serious...."

They were popular! :D

Naomi Lee - Pacific EDGE cover!!

While I was at the wedding cafe today I found out My good friend Naomi Lee from Les Saisons made the cover of Pacific Edge magazine!!! So we went down to borders to go take a look at the magazine ^_^

Naomi doesn't just offer linen, she helps with design and over all color coordination as well. Helping you tailor it just right for your wedding, not just providing pretty linens :p

Congrats Naomi!!!
